By installing and using Vibes Flow (the "Extension"), you agree to these terms.

What the Extension does

Vibes Flow is a productivity tool that automates batch generation of images and videos on Vibes.ai. It submits prompts you provide to Vibes.ai's public API and downloads the resulting media to your local disk.

Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate.
• You agree to comply with Vibes.ai's Terms of Service and Meta's Acceptable Use Policy when using this extension.
• You will not use the Extension to generate content that infringes on third-party rights, is illegal, or violates Meta's content policies.
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension (except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses).

Subscription tiers

Free tier

• Limited to 8 submits per rolling 24-hour period.
• Image and video modes with standard quality.
• Up to 2 variations per submit; image-to-video pipeline is Pro-only.

Pro tier (paid)

• Unlimited generations across all modes (image, video, image-to-video pipeline).
• Batch variation (2×/4× outputs per prompt).
• Custom download folder.
• Optional watermark crop.

Team tier (paid)

• All Pro features plus shared queue and multi-user support (planned — not yet shipped).

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@vibesflow.vercel.app within 14 days of the charge.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of Vibes.ai's API.
• Specific quality or content of generated media.
• That the Extension will be free of bugs or errors (we patch actively but cannot guarantee immediate fixes).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibes Flow's authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Extension.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension at any time. If we do, we will:

• Provide at least 30 days notice via the extension's changelog.
• Honor active subscriptions until the end of the current billing period.
• Open-source the code so the community can fork it.

Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced in the extension's changelog. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil (where the maintainer is based), without regard to conflict of law provisions.
