Open the source repository
The Chrome Web Store is the recommended install path. Developer builds and source code are available in the repository.

Open the extensions page
Click the address bar, paste this, hit Enter. Chrome will jump straight to the right page.
Open chrome://extensions

Turn on Developer mode
Top-right corner of the extensions page — flip the Developer mode switch on. Three new buttons appear below: Load unpacked, Pack extension, Update.

Click "Load unpacked"
A file picker opens. Select the extracted extension folder from a local checkout of the repository.

Pin Vibes Flow to your toolbar
Click the puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar → pin Vibes Flow. Now click the Vibes Flow icon whenever you're on vibes.ai to open the sidepanel.
